Law does not always go with what is right or good. Decency and generosity are not reflected in the rules. We do not force anybody to PBSG ethics.

• You can act the way you want. Everybody has a right to pursuit happiness. Remember however that you can not hurt others.
• Keep your word. Words are the most important assets of advisors. Trust lost once can never be retrieved.
• Always go with your clients aims. Client and his needs are the most important. Do not take your thoughts and emotions to projects, you belong to your customer then.
• During a project always play clean and be honest. This way you will not have to remember what you said the day before.
• There are people that we admire and respect at the same time. If you have to choose between these two, choose respect.
• If we have to check whether our behavior is in the dark zone, we have probably crossed the line.
• If work does not give you joy any more - resign.
