CM refers to both subduing the crisis and overcoming it. It also refers to preparation for potential CMs. We may prevent some consequences of CMs based on the risk analysis and examples derived from the experience of other businesses.
Virtually, crisis management is based on planning of continuous operation of processes to maintain them in crisis and on disaster recovery planning that is designed to reconstruct critical infrastructure and to recover proper operation of a given area. The following areas are basic in CMs:
