• full time consultancy work,
• gaining detailed knowledge on methodic and software solutions of PBSG,
• participation in project team,
• work at client's,
• participation in brain storms,
• presentation of work effects,
• development of strategy and management systems documentation,
• participation in audits at client's.
  
  

   Expert

• due to diversity of projects realized by PBSG, experts from all sectors of economy are welcome,
• appropriate education, references from last years of work and adequate practical professional experience is required,
• cooperation begins after an individual conversation,
• in special cases a possibility to invite an expert for close cooperation with PBSG as a manager or partner is considered,

Consultant

• 0-3 years of experience,
• graduates and people with minimal professional experience participate from the very beginning in realization of projects, obligatory take part in trainings on internal and substantial standards of PBSG,
• after 2-3 years time a review of qualifications is done and a person becomes promoted.
  
  

 Senior Consultant

• 3-5 years of experience,
• independence, team work skills and participation in several projects are required,
• coordinates work of project team, is responsible for quality and punctuality of tasks,
• develops and supervises a chosen product,
• cooperates with clients as a project manager,
• after 4-5 years time a review of qualifications is done and a person becomes promoted.
  
  

 
Manager

• 5-7 years of experience,
• supervises a group of products and several project teams,
• is responsible for quality of work, makes strategic decisions regarding work done on respective projects,
• cooperates closely with regular customers,
• is responsible for capturing new markets and development of a group of products,
• after 6-7 years time a review of qualifications is done and a person becomes promoted.
  
  

 
Partner

• is responsible for position of a supervised substantial area on the market,
• names a development direction and a part of PBSG strategy,
• supervises projects in frames of sectors,
• supervises consortia projects,
