Business Continuity Plan consists of developed written
procedures that aim at provision of services at a customer-accepted level in
case of crisis.
BCP in crisis or in situations when critical processes
are down (due to the application on external forces or human actions) requires
development of procedures that aim at proper functioning of a company in
crisis. Such procedures are prepared for all processes (actions), which based
on previously performed risk analysis (interruption of continuity), were
defined as critical. Based on such evaluations, a company provides with
scenarios for all critical actions. On such basis procedures supporting
continuity parameters are being developed.
