A supply chain security management system is comprised of mechanisms and procedures which safeguard security as far as planning, product and service flow to end customers and monitoring is concerned.  The system, in particular, is based on aspects of financial operations, production, services provided, information flow and operating activities such as: packing, storing and transporting goods between supply chain participants.  The supply chain security management system is designed based on risk analysis of the operating, organizational and legal environment of all the entities which participate in the supply chain of products or services to the customer.  Total supply chain security can be achieved when some rules of or criteria for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency for whole supply chain system and its participants are determined.
