Security
PBSG built
strong competences in the field of information security. Own implementation
methodology in accordance with international norm's requirements (ISO 27001) allows
to extend a range of services that includes all aspects of organization's
security. Significant interest on the market towards security services created
a need for services related to researches, projects and implementations of
delivery chain security systems, which is one of the most dynamically
developing offers of PBSG.
Management
In the
beginning of its activity PBSG offered services of integrated management systems
optimization on the basis of ISO standards. The service was directed at
customers who needed an integration and optimization of diffused systems.
High
qualifications of consultants in projecting and auditing organizational
procedures made it possible to prepare a model of services including systems preventing corruption and abusage.
First agreements for realization of services that involve antifraud audits were
signed in summer. Services of corruption and abusage prevention are currently
the main products of PBSG.
Next to
processes, processes management optimization and abusage minimization there was
a number of services started that included creation and concentration of
organization's strategies. EFQM, CAF, BSC got its own software solutions, which
were successfully implemented during realization of multidisciplinary strategic
projects.
Risk
analysis
Risk
management is a stable element of all PBSG services. The most experience was
gained by the company from ISO 27001 information security management projects.
A number of them realized by consultants cooperating with PBSG let create
several author's methodologies, depending on sector a chosen organization
operates in.
Position
of PBSG on Polish market in the field of risk management gets better and stabilizes
after running its own PBSG Smart Risk software. Currently there are a number of
projects realized in the territory of Poland, where risk analysis is a basis
for strategy management of an organization. Work is being done on preserving
solutions created individually with clients and creating a single risk
management platform for an organization.
PBSG
consultants co-created Risk Management Association POLRISK, which specializes
in organizing all kinds of risk management events.
Software
In April 2006 a production of PBSG Smart (PBSG Smart
Architekt, PBSG Smart Portal) software was launched. A strategy of PBSG is that
80% of services offered was supported by software solutions. The strategy leads
to positioning PBSG as a top Polish consultancy company offering management
advisory together with its own IT tools. PBSG Smart software strongly overtakes
all solutions of this kind on the market by using utility solutions that are a
result of project team experiences gathered throughout the years. PBSG noticed
needs of Polish companies and governmental offices in the field of
communication improvement and organizational information management. Software
development program embraces tools for processes visualization and documentation
management. Interactive information portal is a second largest, next to human
resources, investment of the company.
IT advisory
PBSG is a pioneer of Polish and European IT advisory.
Currently it realizes a number of projects linked to a new ISO 20000 standard
for the greatest companies in the country. Launching services of IT advisory is
connected with very high needs for solutions resulting from enormous scale of IT
implementations and supervision over functioning of IT sections.
Next to organizational management of IT sections, structures
of PBSG services include strategies for software implementation, supervision
over realization of implementation processes or researches of software
solutions effectiveness. In many fields PBSG cooperates with leading
consultancy companies in Poland as part of expert advisory strategy.
